These terms cover your use of Meridiem, an iPhone world clock app provided by Alejandro Páez. By using the app, you agree to them.
The app
Meridiem is provided “as is” and is currently offered free of charge. There are no accounts and no purchases. If paid features are ever introduced, these terms will be updated before that happens.
Acceptable use
Please use Meridiem lawfully. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or tamper with the app, and don't use it in a way that infringes someone else's rights. The app, its name, and its design remain the property of Alejandro Páez.
No warranty
Meridiem is a convenience tool for viewing time across the world. It is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Time zone rules change, and while we work to keep them accurate, we can't guarantee the app is error-free or always available. Please don't rely on it as the sole source of truth for anything critical.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alejandro Páez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including missed meetings, missed flights, or other scheduling mishaps.
Changes
We may update these terms or the app's features over time. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
